Calculate 2d ring-resonator TM modes using cylindrical coordinates

A Meep simulation that looks for TM modes (E out of the plane) of a ring-resonator with inner radius = 1, and waveguide width = 1. Harminv is also used to identify the frequency and decay rates of the modes.

Meep (or MEEP) is a finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) simulation software package developed at MIT to model electromagnetic systems, along with the MPB eigenmode package which is also available on Kogence. MEEP stands for MIT Electromagnetic Equation Propagation.
