Lumerical 3D simulation of a Ta2O5 photonic crystal cavity in a triangular lattice of holes

The lattice constant is 575 nm, the air hole radius is 194 nm, and the slab height is 1um. Cavity is formed by reducing the radius of the inner six holes to 100 nm, and removing holes along the outer edge of the cavity.
